LOT OWNERSHIP AND PRIVILEGES

1. Nature and Extent of Rights Acquired:
Upon the purchase of a lot, the purchaser acquires only the right of burial in the said lot,
subject to the rules and regulations of the cemetery. (Springville City Code)

2. Purchase Contracts:
Lot may be purchased on an installment plan if proper arrangements are made with the Department.
No interment is permitted in, or marker allowed on any lot not fully paid for. Indigent persons
will be buried in a section of the Cemetery set aside for this purpose. Proof on indigence must
be provided to the Sexton.
